What's in a name?

Training: The method or process of bringing a person to an increased standard of skill and proficiency by practice and instruction.

Project: An endeavor with personal significance; a purposeful series of steps moving towards the accomplishment of a goal.

"Try before you buy": I know I like it when I have this option. This is an opportunity to see if our personalities, methods and goals match up.

The 1-hour introductory session includes:

  • A discussion of your exercise experience, current condition and limitations, and goals
  • A baseline workout and assessment of your movement and work capacity
  • Q&A, and scheduling your program if we're on the same page

Come dressed for comfortable movement. Come dressed to sweat.

Scheduling options:

  • Personal training: Recommended 3x/week to achieve specific goals and learn the lifetime art of fitness
  • Workshops: 1-3hr sessions/group workshops focused on refining skills, developing strength/power, and/or nutrition and lifestyle topics
  • Group classes:  inquire (can be private or semi-private depending on interest)
